"The Harry A. Miller Club, a group of
vintage race car
enthusiasts, has held their annual banquet at the Bavarian
Inn
for he past 7 years. We could not be more pleased with the quality of
the food and the courteous service that we receive. The staff has
always been very accommodating, and makes the planning of our event
most enjoyable.
Our
group prefers the 3- entree
buffet, featuring German favorites. The food is so
good we've
continued with the same menu selections each year. The main dining room
is spacious and easily accommodates our group of about 150 people.
The
location of the Bavarian Inn
also provides for easy access from the downtown area and there is
always ample parking for our group.

"Our
wedding was July 1, 2005. We were so pleased with our reception at the
Bavarian Inn! To insure our satisfaction, Carrie Perez helped every
step of the way!
We
originally planned for a
Sunday reception, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we
needed to switch to Friday. Not only was there no issue in doing so,
Carrie allowed us to keep some of the benefits of a Sunday, including
the complimentary champagne toast.
Our
food choices were: Cornish
game hen, pesto crusted salmon and vegetarian stuffed red pepper. We
heard raves from all directions on the quality and flavor of the meals!
Carrie
also guided us in
choosing our bar options and the Bavarian Inn also accommodated our
special request for beer!
We
were fortunate enough to be
able to set up the Ballroom 24 hours in advance, which lessened the
stress quite a bit on the day of!
Everything
went perfectly, I
would highly recommend anyone to consider the Bavarian Inn for their
wedding!

you have done it again!
You and
your wonderful Bavarian Inn staff have
helped us put together another memorable event for over one hundred of
our member business leaders that recently attended the GCC Triple Focus
Speed Networking event.
It is always a pleasure to work
with you and your customer-centered staff of event and culinary
professionals.
As
you know, I have been
involved for more than thirty-years with conceptualizing, coordinating
and producing quality events for groups of hundreds to thousands, from
Reno to Miami, the Carolinas to California, Milwaukee to Dallas and
many other cities and states in between
During
those years, I
have had the opportunity to work with many facilities and their staffs,
so I feel qualified to be able to recognize and to assess professional
competency in these matters.
As you also
know, since I set a very high standard of event performance
expectations from these facilities and their staffs, my requirements
can be challenging for those less qualified and less committed than you
and your seasoned team.
That
is why it is such a
pleasure to work with the Bavarian Inn.
No matter how detailed and challenging the event requirements, from the
food selection, that has to deliver memorable, palette-pleasing
satisfaction on a budget, to the frequently challenging logistic room
set-ups, often required with short notice, the Bavarian Inn has never
failed to deliver a first-class service performance.
You
and your team not
only perform to the high expectations I require – you exceed
them by becoming a generous, concerned and involved partner in the
process.
One could
not ask for more than that and yet I know
the next event I conduct there,
you and your staff will find a way.
It is
for some of the above-mentioned
reasons that I chose to nominate the Bavarian Inn for the GCC 2006
Outstanding Retail Service & Community Enrichment Award. Moreover,
I could not have been happier when
my fellow GCC Board Members validated my assessment, through their
agreement to award this honor to you. In

Our wedding was a little
out of the
normal in that we
wanted to have our ceremony and the reception hall all in the same
hall. Carrie Perez was very accommodating with all of our requests. The
Bavarian Inn was far the best choice we could have made for a place to
have our wedding. Carrie set up all the chairs on the dance floor for
the ceremony and made sure there was an aisle to walk down. Anything we
needed she made sure it was supplied. Once the ceremony was over our
guests didn't have to go anywhere. We went outside for some pictures on
their beautiful land and when we came back in dinner was ready to be
served. Everything moved like clock work, for a bride who is worrying
that something was going to go wrong; this is one area I did not have
to worry about. The food was delicious; everything was cooked to
perfection and at the right temperature. We received so many
compliments on the food - as well as the atmosphere from our family and
friends. Once again it just backed up the fact that the Bavarian Inn
was the best choice!! Thank you so much Carrie, as well as the rest of
the staff at the Bavarian Inn, you made our day so much more special
and memorable.
