Any group in a private room will be charged a set-up/ clean-up and
linen fee. |
Menu Policies
Menu and all other arrangements must be made a minimum of 4 weeks in
advance, and the guaranteed number of entrées must be
submitted
no later than 10 days in advance. We suggest calling for a planning
appointment 6 weeks prior to the function. There is a .50 cent per
person multiple entree charge if choosing more than one entree for your
sit down dinner.
Only food and beverage provided by Bavarian Inn
may
be served, with the
exception of special-occasion cakes. There will be a .75 cent per
person charge for cutting and serving wedding cakes. No food or
beverage may be removed from the premises except these cakes.
All food and beverages are subject to a service charge and the
prevailing sales tax. |
General
Policies
All room rentals begin at contracted time of arrival on the day of the
function unless otherwise specified at the time the deposit is
made. Music and bar service will terminate at 12:00 midnight
and
rooms will be vacated by 12:30 a.m.
Bavarian Inn
will not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of articles left
on premises. All flower arrangements and table decorations will be
provided by the customer. Decorations may be hung from ceilings or
walls, only by masking tape.
For
each bartender there is a $80.00
flat fee.
